Here is what I read:
Nov. 25 (Bloomberg) — Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Citigroup Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., which helped turn bets on company defaults into a $47 trillion market, are among banks offering wagers on the amount investors may recover from bonds after borrowers go bankrupt.

AND HERE IS THE COMMON SENSE TRANSLATION:
Nov. 25 (Bloomberg) — Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Citigroup Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., which helped turn bets on company defaults into a $47 trillion PONZI SCHEME THAT GOVERNMENTS ARE FORCING TAXPAYERS TO BAIL-OUT, AGAINST THEIR WILL, are NOW among THE VERY SAME banks offering wagers on the amount investors may recover from bonds after borrowers go bankrupt.

And thus … I cannot believe what I read, other than what is predicted by Celente.
