…and this is considered breaking NEWS? Really? C’mon guys, get with it. Just when you begin to suspect that FOX and CNN actually “get it” they act as if it’s some big shock that Wall Street screws speculators for profit. Wake up America. This is what the fate of our entire economy is pinned to. Screwing suckers for profit. This is what Goldman Sachs does for a living, all day every day, and nothing else. You live in the country with the best profligate gamblers in the world, and we are seeing the end result of this Casino economy today. Our thieves at Goldman are the smartest thieves in the world and we should be damn proud of it. Now, who do I write my check to at Goldman to show my patriotic support … Oh, never mind … I forgot – they’ll bill me.

Oh, and there’s some question of legality? Dozens of bloggers, economists, authors and respected NOBEL PRIZE WINNERS have clearly established, with irrefutable proof, that the entire securitization industry, from the initial underwriting, to rating, to re-packaging and selling, to regulatory dereliction, not only condones, but ENCOURAGES fraud, and the excessive risk of the greatest CON game of all time, the Wall Street Speculation eCONomy. Goldman Sachs and it’s government sponsors are FILTHY with RICOH violoations from 9 to 5 times 365.

We have a Wall Street CAPTURED government, deregulating the securitization industry, justified by a Barney Fudd STATED POLICY to gift the American dream of home ownership DEBT to an unqualified class of creditors (who should be renting their first homes, as my generation did upon entering the work force) so that these sure-to-default debt obligations could be bundled into TOXIC ASSETS, then sold to pensions, equity funds and banks all over the world, to collect fees in the name of PROFIT.

Then these toxic assets are hedged for yet another leg of credit default PROFIT. And then, when the whole PONZI scheme collapses into a global liquidity crisis, this same den of international thieves are bailed out with yet another leg of PROFIT – used to beef up their capital positions and engage in MORE RISK. And our “government” neither requires them to issue credit, nor avails it’s own Consititutional mandate to do so.  

And we can barely manage to get a little ruffled when this record bailout profit translates into record bonuses? Meanwhile, the production economies that this predation destroys collapse into record unemployment all around us. And I do mean to say RECORD UNEMPLOYMENT in America, because the statistics you are fed are LIES.

The only thing worse than the stubborn refusal to actually accept the reality of the situation is the unified Mantra of the sheople: “But what can we do about it?”

Well, there’s NOTHING you can do about it, apparently. When you get a new quarterly service fee in the mail because your County couldn’t pass a millage rate increase as home values collapse all around them–so they introduce a back door increase in the form of a new quarterly service fee, or a new priviledge fee (to cover municipal debt losses to Wall Street) —  JUST ROLL OVER AND PAY IT.

You are excused … go back to being a good debt robot, Citizen Slave. Write your checks to Goldman, or their Federal or State or City or County collection agents. It’s all going to Wall Street one way or another.

However, when I am in front of a judge explaining my obligation– in fact, my DUTY– to question the kind of taxation without representation that this Country was founded upon, and when I get an answer from that judge as to why I should ignore the healthy disrespect for what appears to be a corrupt authority and an abuse of that power, don’t look for the answer here – you don’t deserve it.

At the very least, I am obligated as a patriotic American to passively resist the back door bailouts coming in the form of questionable fees that simply do not ring true to their stated purpose, haven’t been properly explained and the need having not been properly established. What is YOUR OBLIGATION?
